The tradition of building boats in modern Malaysia reaches far back in time of many hundred years, the boats involving overseas trade, fishing, defense, travelling up the many rivers and deepseas . For hundred years each vessel were designed for specific purpose. We developed a many types special design with hydrodynamically built for displacement hull of pinas hull until planing hull type called BEDAR.
The tradition evolved as modernization rises. Now BEDAR has enter the Industrial revolution 4.0 era with lean manufacturing, CFD and CAD design, Electro Painting, Polymer Wrap, 3D printing boats, CNC precision machining components, precision composite moulding, hybrid composite metal infusion, aluminium laser welder and CNC laser cut.
